Alias-Based Email Processing
Set up an alias for the Sales Order model to receive customer emails directly. The AI will analyze the email content to identify products and quantities and track results in the chatter (including unmatched products).
Customer Contact Matching
Automatically link the email sender to the correct contact in Odoo. If no match is found, a default contact can be assigned.
No database access to GPT
ChatGPT has no direct access to your Odoo database, ensuring full confidentiality.
Forwarded Email Processing
Seamlessly handle forwarded emails, linking the original sender as the contact for the sales order.

Using GPT-4o mini, a standard mail takes about 1,500 tokens to process.
When activating debug mode, you can see exactly how much tokens are used on every request in the log files
We've tested some prompts in French, Dutch, English, Spanish and German.
Every time it worked just fine with the GPT-4o mini model.
So, yes, it definitely works in other langauges.
